I always had a camera growing up. My dad had a proper SLR camera for as long as I can remember. The fundamentals of photography were learned alongside tying my shoe laces and riding a bicycle. I learned to pan, 36 shots at a time, standing under the grandstand on the front straight at Eastern Creek. Then all my camera gear was stolen.
20 years later, i replaced it with a digital camera.
The problem with modern digital cameras is that things are too easy. I feel like some of the adventure is lost in the automation. I aim for the photos that are hard to take. I want to take a photo of you that you haven't seen before. Freezing motion is easy, capturing the motion is my challenge. Without the threat of failure, there can be no adventure.
This website is about my adventure.
I'm more than happy to talk to you about shooting your adventure, car, bike or other.
