Saturday, 24 August saw a ride day at Sydney Motorsport Park GP Curcuit. Spectacular blue skys and light winds made for perfect riding and photographing conditions. It was also my first day with a monopod. They are a lot harder to use than you would imagine a simple pole would be - but I eventually got the better of it.

There were a lot of photographers there on the day (I counted 5), so there are undoubtedly a lot of photos in circulation. I think a close inspection should show you the difference between my photos and many of the others. Whether they are better, worse or merely different is entirely up to your judgement. Feedback welcome.

If you think you like them - you should really buy one (or ten!) - the originals are at least 4000px across, and I absolutely guarantee you'll be happy with the outcome. Taking and editing photos takes a lot of time, the equipment and this website costs money.  Yada yada yada. I'm also happy to stylise/re-crop etc anything you buy - just send me an email (or facebook also works)
